1. Professional Film Apprenticeship Program (also known as The Fast Track) is a one-year program.

2. Spark Week is a one-week film shoot on location.
WORK ON A REAL FILM PROJECT on location with TFI and Studio 7 professionals and no semester classes! Participants join the production team, follow the call sheet, and contribute in an assigned cast or crew role.
What Spark Week includes:

One scheduled Sunday-through-Friday production experience.

A cast or crew assignment based on project needs, readiness, safety, and capacity.

Required check-in, production orientation, safety briefing, role rehearsal, and equipment familiarization.

Hands-on participation under the direction of TFI, Studio 7, and designated department leaders.

A completion or participation record when all requirements are satisfied.

Credit consideration and verification according to the participant's actual contribution and signed project documents.

At Transformation Film Institute (TFI), we believe stories have the power to change lives. Every great film begins with a calling, and our mission is to equip Christian storytellers to use the screen as a tool for the Great Commission.
TFI is a one-of-a-kind, faith-based film training institute where aspiring filmmakers learn by doing. We combine the academic excellence of a four-year film school with the hands-on experience of a professional apprenticeship. From the first day of class, our students are actively creating films, serving on production crews, and building the skills needed to succeed in today's film industry.
Our instructors are working professionals who mentor students in directing, cinematography, acting, screenwriting, editing, producing, sound, and emerging technologies like AI filmmaking. Every lesson is designed to prepare students for real-world productions while strengthening their Christian faith and calling.
Unlike traditional film schools, our graduates leave with more than knowledge—they leave with a professional portfolio, IMDb credits, on-set experience, and the confidence to lead productions that honor Christ. By intentionally limiting class sizes, we provide personalized instruction and mentorship that helps every student discover and develop their unique gifts.
