It’s truly been a blessing, truly been something that I would recommend to anyone who is in this industry, who’s christian, who needs to define who they are, who needs to understand more of film, because they can get it here.

I expected to be in a classroom and to be on set but what I got was so much more. The people were professional in what they did, they love what they do and they love you and they want you to learn. I got a lot of great teaching and information that I can apply to what I love and what I do. It was incredible.

Joining Transformation Film Institute has been one of the best experiences of my life. It is a great opportunity to get hands on experience and make connections. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to gain real life experience and more than just book knowledge and theory.
Dr. Mark Gehrke - Illinois
Transformation Film Institute went beyond my expectations in so many ways. I really liked the interaction with the other students. I’m one of the more senior members of this school but it was so diverse in ages, and personalities and I think we really developed a kind of family.
Joanna Atkinson - Virginia
What I really appreciated was that first hand experience and the opportunity to see how the different functions that exist in order to make a film happen and to see it come alive before my eyes. Each role is really needed and to make a film is more of a cooperative effort and it’s a team effort and its nice to have a team work together for the end goal.
Matt Maxwell - Oklahoma
My favorite part of the experience was the on-screen, acting production time. Getting to be on-screen, in front of a camera, with a director, with a crew and a set, that really created the experience of being on a movie set.
Nicole - Texas
I had no prior experience with any part of film production, but the staff was so helpful and encouraged me to explore every department. The Christian environment and curriculum is the perfect place to learn about the film industry, get experience and make connections. I highly encourage anyone who is interested in creating transformative films to attend TFI.
Jonah Roybal - Texas
I expected a lot of classroom situations but what I got was a lot more hands on and it was more catered to your interests in filmmaking. The hands on experience that I got, being on a real life set, being able to see how it operates, theres no better way to learn filmmaking than to actually do it. If you’re serious about doing anything in the film industry being on a live set is a great way to learn.
Caleb Ayers - Texas
Number one thing about Transformations film institute is, you learn a lot and very quickly, it’s a great opportunity to grow in Christ as well as learn how to film in a productive way. If you were interested in acting or producing or whatever it is that you’re interested in, I advise everyone who has ability to come to take this opportunity.
Seeing everything come to life has been one of the coolest experiences just watching everyone doing their part to get it to come to life. I’m really excited to see how it turns out. All the actors have been doing an amazing job, it’s so cool watching from behind and just seeing them do what they do, it’s really cool.
Reginald II Wilcox - Texas
I did not think I’d get what I got by coming to Transformation Film Institute. I thought it was just going to be a simple program but it ended up being really complex and a lot of hands on experience, I really liked that.
